Dimensional accuracy is one of the important quality indicators of castings. The dimensional tolerance standards for castings are the objective basis for measuring their dimensional accuracy. Haijin Stainless Steel strictly adheres to the national standard GB/T6414-2017.
For investment castings, the following tolerance grades should be selected based on their maximum nominal size:
1. When the maximum nominal size is ≤100, select DCTG4~DCTG6 grade;
2. For sizes where 100 < maximum nominal size ≤ 400, select DCTG4~DCTG8 grade;
3. When the maximum nominal size is greater than 400, select DCTG4~DCTG9 grade.

Size and processing assessment
Are there any critical dimensions or CNC machining requirements?
Please provide drawings, materials, quantities, and key tolerances. We will conduct an evaluation based on the condition of the blank, clamping method, processing steps, and inspection requirements.
- Confirm machining datum and clamping method
- Evaluate hole positions, threads, and mating surface tolerances.
- Coordinate casting blanks with CNC machining allowances
