Mold making
Molds are made according to the product structure to prepare for subsequent wax molding.

Common materials
Commonly used materials include 201, 304, 316, and 316L stainless steel. Carbon steel and alloy steel can also be selected according to customer requirements. The specific material needs to be confirmed based on the usage environment, strength requirements, corrosion resistance requirements, and cost budget.
If the product is intended for use in clean water, seawater, food processing machinery, outdoor environments, or high-temperature environments, please specify the operating conditions when requesting a quote so that we can determine if the material is suitable.
