Step 1: Precision Casting – Giving the components a solid “skeleton”

We employ advanced precision casting processes (such as lost-wax casting/investment casting) to lay a solid foundation for the creation of these components.
Our casting process:
- Mold and wax model making: Based on the customer's 3D drawings, we manufacture high-precision molds and injection mold wax models that are exactly the same as the final parts.
- Ceramic shell preparation: The wax model is immersed in ceramic slurry and coated with sand. This process is repeated to form a solid, multi-layered ceramic shell on the surface of the wax model.
- Dewaxing and casting: The wax model inside the ceramic shell is melted and removed by high temperature to form a perfect cavity mold. Then, molten metal (such as stainless steel, carbon steel, special alloys, etc.) is poured into the shell.
- Cleaning to obtain the blank: After the metal cools and solidifies, the ceramic shell is broken to remove the metal casting. After cutting, sandblasting, and preliminary polishing, a blank part with precise contours and internal structure is born.
