Stainless steel pump parts manufacturer
We specialize in the precision casting and CNC machining of pump parts such as stainless steel impellers, pump bodies, pump covers, guide vanes, and pump shafts, and support custom orders based on drawings, small-batch trial production, and mass production.

What kinds of stainless steel pump parts can we produce?
From casting blanks to CNC precision machining, we develop practical and feasible production plans based on drawing dimensions, materials, tolerances, and usage environment.

Stainless steel impeller
We support custom design of open, semi-open, and closed impellers based on provided drawings. Materials are optional, and we can provide cast blanks or CNC post-machining of blades, holes, and mating surfaces.
Pump body / Pump casing
The casting process is evaluated based on the flow path, flange, wall thickness, and installation dimensions. Critical sealing surfaces, holes, and threads can be precision machined.
Pump cover/end cover
We manufacture end caps, rear caps, and sealing structures according to drawings. We support various stainless steel materials and different batch sizes.
Flow guide shell/flow guide
Process evaluation is performed on the blade structure, flow channel, and assembly relationship. Casting and post-machining of mating dimensions can be completed.
Pump shaft/connector
It can be turned and milled according to shaft diameter, coaxiality, thread, and surface requirements. Suitable for sample confirmation and batch assembly.
Non-standard pump parts
We undertake custom-made flanges, connectors, and irregular parts based on drawings or samples. We select casting or machining solutions based on structure, material, and quantity.
Precision casting + CNC machining, completed in one stop.
Haijin Stainless Steel selects either silica sol precision casting or water glass casting processes based on the part's structure, size, quantity, and subsequent processing requirements, and completes machining and inspection within the same production chain.
- Silica sol precision casting
- Water glass casting
- CNC turning
- CNC milling
- Drilling, tapping, chamfering, polishing
- Processed according to dimensional, tolerance, and surface requirements.

Commonly used stainless steel material
The appropriate material can be selected based on the application environment, such as clean water, seawater, chemical liquids, and the requirements for corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. The specific grade shall be subject to the drawings and application requirements.

Pump parts should not be judged solely on their appearance; their dimensions and performance are also crucial.
From incoming materials to finished products, we inspect the materials, key dimensions, mating surfaces, and surface condition to minimize problems before they leave the factory.
- Material spectral testing
- Size inspection
- Visual inspection
- CNC machining dimension control
- Surface treatment inspection
- Provide testing records as required.
Suitable for various types of pump equipment
Parts are customized according to the medium, operating conditions and assembly requirements, and general-purpose parts are not used to replace the requirements of the drawings.
Do you have drawings or samples? Feel free to send them to us for evaluation.
Please provide drawings, materials, quantity, surface requirements, whether CNC machining is required, tolerance requirements, and the usage environment. We will provide more accurate production suggestions and quotations based on the actual process.

Can stainless steel pump parts be customized based on provided drawings?
Yes. We primarily offer customized production based on customer drawings, samples, or usage requirements, and can evaluate casting, CNC machining, or post-casting machining solutions.
Can you make it with 316 or 316L material?
Yes. Commonly used materials include 304, 316, 316L, 2205, 2507, 310S, etc., which can be selected according to corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance or the medium used.
Can pump parts be cast and then CNC machined?
Yes. For areas with high requirements such as dimensions, tolerances, hole positions, threads, and mating surfaces, it is generally recommended to perform CNC finishing after casting the blank.
Can it be done in small batches?
It can be evaluated. The specifics depend on the product structure, dimensions, materials, mold costs, and subsequent batch production requirements.
What information is required to provide a quote?
It is recommended to provide drawings, materials, quantity, surface requirements, tolerance requirements, whether machining is required, usage environment, and delivery requirements.
