In the process of using silica sol precision casting, it is advisable to appropriately increase the pouring temperature, minimize the distance between the ladle nozzle and the pouring cup, and reasonably and effectively reduce the pouring speed. The mold shell for silica sol precision casting must be fully baked at a sufficiently high temperature during operation to ensure thorough baking and complete removal of gas-emitting substances. A fully baked mold shell is white or light gray and should not have black spots.
