Underground parking garage entrances and exits, ramps, sides of speed bumps, and pedestrian walkways often suffer from poor lighting, frequent vehicle turns, and limited pedestrian visibility. Using stainless steel reflective tactile paving studs can create a clear directional and warning effect on the ground, reminding vehicles to slow down and making it easier for pedestrians to identify passage boundaries.

Features
- Stainless steel material:The main body is made of stainless steel casting and machining, with a brushed surface treatment, making it wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for architectural hardware scenarios such as underground garages, commercial parking lots, and passageway entrances.
- Reflective and eye-catching in the dark:The circular reflective/luminous structure is more easily seen under vehicle headlights or in low-light conditions, and can be used for speed bump warnings, lane edge warnings, and tactile paving guidance.
- Low-profile anti-tripping:The rounded edges have a smooth transition and adhere firmly to the ground after installation, serving both as a guide and reducing the feeling of tripping while walking.
- Screw fixing:With a screw on the back, it is suitable for drilling and installation on concrete floors, epoxy floors or stone surfaces, and is not easy to loosen after fixing.
- Customization is supported:The diameter, thickness, surface treatment, reflector color, and screw specifications can be adjusted according to project requirements.

Applicable Scenarios
These reflective tactile paving studs are suitable for use before and after speed bumps in underground parking garages, at ramp turns, in pedestrian walkways in parking lots, in accessible directional areas, in underground passages of commercial complexes, in factory workshop passages, and in other ground marking projects that require nighttime reflective visibility.

Installation method
- Positioning and layout:Determine the installation point based on the lane width, pedestrian walkway direction, and speed bump location. It is recommended to first mark the center line with chalk or a marker to ensure neat alignment.
- Clean the floor:Before installation, remove dust, oil, and loose material from the concrete or epoxy floor surface to ensure the surface is dry and flat.
- drilling:Select the appropriate drill bit according to the diameter of the screw on the back, use an impact drill to drill vertically, the hole depth is slightly greater than the effective length of the screw, and the dust in the hole needs to be blown or sucked clean.
- Trial assembly and calibration:Insert the pegs into the holes, check the direction, height, and spacing of the reflective surfaces, and fix them in place only after confirming that there are no curled edges.
- Fixation with adhesive:Structural adhesive, epoxy adhesive, or a high-strength adhesive suitable for the floor can be injected into the hole before pressing in the screw to make the bottom surface fit the ground.
- Curing protection:Avoid running over the ground by vehicles and frequent stepping on it before the colloid has fully cured. After curing, check whether each ground nail is secure.

Maintenance Recommendations
In daily use, it is recommended to regularly clean the dust and oil stains on the surface of the ground nails to keep the reflective rings clearly visible; in high-frequency vehicle traffic areas, the fixing status of the screws should be checked regularly. If loosening, damage or wear of the reflective surface is found, they should be replaced in time to ensure the guiding and warning effect of the underground garage.
